When you contact us, one of our friendly team members will be available to discuss the next steps with you. You will usually be offered an appointment to be seen on your own or you can choose to involve other family members or professionals if you want to, as we understand that you may feel anxious or nervous.
We welcome referrals from young people, family, friends, and professionals; however, we will need the young person's consent if you are contacting on their behalf.
Don’t forget to follow us on social media to keep up-to-date with the exciting opportunities available locally!
How to find us
We see young people in the place that they’re most comfortable with. That could be at school, in a community setting, or at our base on Deansgate in Manchester.
If you’re visiting us via public transport, the closest Metrolink stop is St Peter's Square and the closest train stations are Salford Central and Deansgate. There are good bus links along Deansgate and Bridge Street, including the Free Bus 1 which goes very nearby, and can be picked up at Piccadilly.
