Integrated Rough Sleeper Support Service - Newham

How we can help

Our partnership supports rough sleepers across Newham, helping them to move away from the streets and access services that can support them. We provide ongoing support and help people reduce their chance of repeat homelessness. 

The partnership offers:

• Accommodation and move-on support from Single Homeless Project (SHP)
• A day centre in East Ham provided by New Way
• Immigration advice provided by Praxis

If you are concerned about a person or people rough sleeping, please report as much information as possible using the Streetlink portal. A postcode will help us find people much more easily. 

Please include information about their location and a description of them. We receive and respond to information from the portal, so we can help the people you report.
