How we can help

We're here to support you.

Shepherd House provides Stages 1 and 2 of the structured trauma informed recovery program offering groups, key-working, and informal activities. At our residential community, we'll help motivate you to remain abstinent from drugs or alcohol. While staying with us, you'll be supported by staff and peer mentors and learn about tools and techniques in a psychologically informed environment. All residents are also encouraged to attend external mutual aid meetings to strengthen their recovery.

Some people choose to move on to independent living after stage 2, but those who would like additional support to build independence are offered Stage 3 at The Cedars.
