About us

We have an experienced team of dedicated staff, assisted by a team of trained Peer Mentors who are existing prisoners. They will help you with your wider health and wellbeing needs.

Individuals within HMP Wandsworth can self-refer into the service. We will work with people who are eligible to provide a full assessment and we will agree on a care plan.

We also operate a transitional service which can provide up to three months of ongoing support following release, to assist with recovery in the community.
