Join us for our women’s group starting next month on the 11th September 2023 

This is safe place for women to receive support and share experiences within a group setting. We will be using a holistic approach to help support women’s overall wellbeing.

SMART recovery is a weekly mutual aid group that aims to help members gain a better understanding of their emotions and how they are linked to their behaviours.

AA is a non-profit fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other and strive to remain abstinent through peer support. AA gives you the opportunity to share your experience without judgement.

Focus on building a better life without the use of substances, improving personal resources to increase life enjoyment, goal setting, increasing confidence, having a more positive focus, and becoming more accountable.

Our vocal group is a fun and friendly group where people who have had issues with drugs or alcohol come together and make some amazing music. Free vocal sessions available with Mark, no experience needed. Come along and learn songs from the 1920s right up to modern day music. We sing all genre of music from gospel, ballads, rock, pop, & more.

Our garden area is open to clients to plant some flowers, build planters or just relax in the garden area.

17:30

A group for anyone who has experienced challenges with alcohol use and is currently abstinent. This is an empowering, confidential, informative, peer lead group. A safe space to discuss how you are feeling whilst learning how to deal with triggers and cravings. Every 4 weeks Mark and Sharon will either give an interactive presentation or facilitate other fun activities such as mocktail making, vision boards, sober raves and more!

An in depth look at some of the emotions we can struggle with after using substances for a long time and coping tools and strategies that could be implemented when struggling with understanding what they are experiencing.

This group covers all aspects of employment support that are individualised to you.

Group work for anyone is who abstinent or maintaining to prescription medication. During the group we will look at some of the difficulties faced whilst trying to maintain sobriety from substances.

The Alcohol Early Brief Intervention (EBI) Programme is a 5-session programme over 2 weeks and focuses on supporting individuals by building pre-recovery motivation, developing discrepancy and more.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) teaches the coping skills for dealing with different challenges. It focuses on how thoughts, beliefs, behaviours can impact your attitude in recovery.

 Al anon is a meeting for anyone who is or has been affected by someone else’s drinking and or drug use.

This group covers all aspects of employment support that are individualised to you.

This group will explore skills and tools to support you with living a balanced life-building motivation, and how to help manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
