Street Outreach Service - Leeds
Coronavirus info
The way you get support from us might be different for a while, but we are still here. We’ll do everything we can to help you stay safe. Keep checking this page, our Twitter, our Facebook and our national Coronavirus information pages for updates.
You can contact us on 0113 245 9445 or email [email protected]. Our phone line is staffed from 8:30 - 16:30.
We carry out four out of hours sessions per week:
- Monday 05:30 - 8:00
- Tuesday 05:30 - 8:00
- Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00
- Friday 05:30 - 8:00
We also carry out evening shifts when the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol is activated.
We can arrange to see people face-to-face, but it'll be decided on a case-by-case basis.
We can provide warm drinks, cereal bars, hand warmers, clothing and toiletries to people.
Find the latest information on coronavirus from the NHS and Gov.UK.

How we can help
We help people who rough sleep or beg to move away from the streets and access services that can help them. We provide ongoing support and will help you access emergency accommodation.
