Three young people smiling and hugging

We offer support to young adults who are finding substances (including alcohol) are impacting their lives.

It could be that you’re missing days at work, struggling to meet university deadlines, or you just want to have a confidential chat.

It may be that you’ve been using something for a while and are worried about the short and long term effects. Whatever you’re going through, were here to help.

We will listen to you without judgment.
