How we can help
Our service includes support for individuals as well as support for any children and family members who may have been impacted by their substance use.
This is a free and confidential advice and support service.
What we offer
Everyone coming to Change Grow Live can expect to receive:
- A welcoming service which is focused on your individual needs.
- Access to advice, information and a full assessment.
- Access to clinical and psychological services.
- Opportunity to volunteering and employment readiness services.
- Referral to other support services where relevant
Together with you, we will design the support and treatment to help you achieve your goals.
Staying safe and needle exchange
Our priority is keeping you safe. We offer a needle exchange service at our Blossom Street Hub.
There is no need to book an appointment or provide your personal details. You are welcome to turn up during our opening hours to exchange your needles, syringes and other injecting equipment.
We offer wound care, testing and treatment for Hepatitis C and other blood born viruses, advice for steroid users and harm reduction advice that is specific to your injecting practice.
We also provide naloxone kits for people using opiates.

A friendly member of our team will greet you when you arrive. They'll be more than happy to help you with any questions you have. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to support you if you would like to.
