Our aim is to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make more positive choices around drugs and alcohol.

Children and young people
Children and young people can be affected by drugs and alcohol in different ways.
Some of the children and young people we help use drugs or alcohol themselves.
Other people are affected by someone else’s drugs and alcohol use, usually by family members.
We want to help you with the challenges you are facing.
We will listen to you without judgment.
What we can support you with:
- Information and advice on specific drugs and alcohol and how to reduce risk and keep safe.
- Support to make changes and improve your wellbeing.
- Guide you on how to discuss what is going on with others around you.
Family support
If you are worried about a loved one’s alcohol or drug use, or you’re struggling because of the effects of substance use on your family, we are here to help.
What we can support you with:
Support and a listening ear from someone who understands.
Practical tools and skills to help improve your situation.
Group sessions to increase knowledge around substances.
