    Drinkaware is an independent charity which aims to reduce alcohol-related harm by helping people make better choices about their drinking.

    DrugWise Daily (AKA DS Daily) is a free drug and alcohol news service delivering the news, reports and blog posts into your inbox.

  • FRANK

    FRANK is a national anti-drug advisory service in the UK providing confidential, 24/7 information and advice about drugs. It offers support through a comprehensive website, a telephone helpline, email, and a live chat service (2pm-6pm daily), alongside helping people to locate local counselling and treatment services.

  • Derbyshire Mental Health 24/7 hotline and support

    The Derbyshire Mental Health Helpline and Support Service is a freephone service available to everyone living in Derbyshire - both young people and adults. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Kooth

    Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet, and desktop and free to use.

  • Childline

    Childline supports anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through. You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, their trained counsellors are here to support you.

  • Samaritans

    Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. Samaritan’s support is available for free 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They won’t judge you and can support you when you’re going through a tough time.

  • Shout

    Shout is the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope.

  • HopeLine247

    HopeLine247 is a confidential support and advice service for children and young people under the age of 35 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, or anyone concerned that a young person could be thinking about suicide.

  • ChatHealth

    ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people aged 11-19 to contact their local community public health nursing team.

  • Your Sexual Health Matters

    Your Sexual Health Matters is Derbyshire's sexual health service. Services include sexual health advice, information and support, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and contraception services. Services are available in a number of locations across Derby City and Derbyshire with some services now also available online.

  • Derbyshire LGBT+

    Derbyshire LGBT+ provide LGBT specific support service, we are here to support anyone who is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender or anyone who is having issues with their sexual identity or gender identity, this includes family and friends.

  • SV2

    Help and advicefor victims of sexual violence in Derby and Derbyshire. SV2 supports individuals regardless of when their experience of sexual abuse or violence occurred. They support all genders from any age and offer counselling to anyone aged 14+.

  • Snapp-it

    Snapp-it Is a free, digital, sign-posting service supporting the mental, emotional, physical and sexual health and wellbeing of for anyone aged 13-25 in Derbyshire.

  • Strut Safe

    Strut Safe is a volunteer-operated and non-judgemental support line. They will stay on the phone with you until you arrive safely at your destination, no matter where you are going or where you have come from.
