Children and Young Persons Therapeutic Service - West Sussex

Our criteria

You can refer yourself or someone else to the West Sussex Therapeutic Service if you/they meet all the criteria below:

• Children and young people aged 7 -18 years old who live or are at school in West Sussex.
• Children and young people who have some knowledge of their parent’s or carer’s drug or alcohol use.
• If drug and alcohol use in the family is current or recently historic (recent 6 months).
• Children and young people who are in regular contact with the parent or carer who uses drugs and/or alcohol.
• Children and young people who are not currently engaged with any other therapeutic support.
