Your first visit
If you’ve been referred to our service by yourself or someone else, we’ll arrange an initial assessment by phone or in person to understand your needs, goals, and circumstances.
You’ll then have a more detailed assessment with a recovery coordinator to agree the best support for you. We’re an open-access service, so you can also walk in anytime.
A member of our team will greet you when you visit one of our hubs. They'll be happy to help you with any questions you have.
There isn't anything you need to bring with you to your first meeting; just bring yourself.
You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to support you if you'd like.
