Hi! I’m Annie and I’m the Team Leader for the Bromley Changes Team, where I’m passionate about delivering meaningful support to young people across the Bromley borough. My work is driven by a commitment to helping young people feel heard, empowered, and supported. Outside of work, I enjoy watching drama series and spending time with my three dogs.

I’m Mel, a passionate and dedicated criminal justice worker, committed to supporting young people in the Bromley Borough. My work focuses on empowering individuals to make healthy decisions and build the confidence they need to create positive change in their lives. By setting achievable goals, providing a non-judgmental space, and sharing my knowledge, I help guide young people on their journey toward growth, no matter where they need me to go.

Outside of work I love music, going to the cinema and biscuits!
