Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing Service - West Kent

We believe that everyone has the ability to change.
If you have concerns about drugs or alcohol, we can help.
We support adults who live in the districts of Dartford, Gravesham, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling, and Tunbridge Wells.
How we can help
We know that it isn’t easy to take that first step and ask for support. When you first contact us, one of our team will discuss your challenges and goals with you, and answer any questions you have about how we can support you. We can help you to find the tools you need to meet your goals, as well as any extra support you need along the way.
We work alongside a variety of other professionals to ensure you're able to access support for all your needs, not just your substance misuse, and will signpost or refer you to appropriate additional services.
Alternative Support
There are other local services that you may be better suited to if you’re a young adult, or if your substance use is low level. We can discuss this with you and put you in touch with them with your consent, or you can contact them directly to find out more about how they can help you.

One You Kent
If you’re not dependent* on a substance, haven’t been asked to attend as part of a court order, and you’re looking at reducing your alcohol use as part of a healthier lifestyle, you may prefer to access health and wellbeing support from One You. For more information or to complete a referral, visit their website.

*Dependence can be indicated by daily use of a substance and unpleasant (or dangerous) withdrawal symptoms if you try to stop. If you’re unsure whether you have a physical dependence, take our quiz to help you understand your drug or alcohol use, and do not stop using suddenly.
