This course helps us to further understand and change our addictive behaviours using well researched methods. The first 4 weeks (Foundations of Change) tackle the changing of these behaviours, while the second 4 weeks (Foundations of Growth) focus on the maintenance of this change.

This is a rolling 6-week course for people who want to reduce or stop their drug use. The sessions look at lifestyle choices, biological factors of the body and brain as well as techniques to reduce drug taking safely.

CLASH provides a mobile sexual health clinic at Kings terrace. Confidential onsite sexual health screenings; health promotions, information and advice on sexual health and contraception; fast-track appointments for those with symptoms or in need of treatment; referrals to other specialist sexual health services and free condom packs.

Thursday
A therapeutic compassion focussed support group to empower women that provides a safe and confidential and empathic space to explore and gain support with issues specific to women within treatment. Within a shared learning experience woman can share and gain support to identify, discuss and achieve solution focussed treatment to improve their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Speak to your key worker about attending this group.

The group aim is to give service users the best possible chance at successfully completing rehab. The group will discuss the process of getting into rehab, the different treatment models, we will have a Q&A discussion, we will discuss expectations from the rehabs, we have testimonies from ex-service users who have successfully completed rehab. This intervention can be life changing.
