Monday
The budget cooking course runs over 4 weeks and looks at building skills and knowledge on how to prepare low-cost, nutritious meals with limited equipment.

This is a 4-week group designed to share information and support individuals working towards a detox and/or residential rehab treatment to address their addiction.

An unstructured group that offers support to any fathers who use our service. It is a safe space to seek support, discuss substance use challenges and relationships between father and child.

This group aims to support people who have been abstinent from drug and alcohol use for 30+ days (not including prescribed medications). Topics include relapse prevention, maintaining abstinence and building recovery capital in the community.

Tuesday
This space provides rapid access prescribing aimed at individuals who are new to accessing treatment or previously closed from the service. This space is not for individuals looking to restart their prescription. We provide quick access to Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST) support, carry out quick blood tests to detect Blood-Borne Viruses and issue naloxone when needed.
This group is held at our Johnson Street site and is a drop-in group that operates on a first come first served basis.
This induction is for individuals who have been granted an ATR (alcohol treatment requirement) or DRR (drug rehabilitation requirement) and are required to attend and engage in the group until the end of their order. Once you have completed the induction session, you can attend the ongoing group.

This group is held at the Alma but can also be delivered via telephone if needed. This is a drop-in group available to all service users - speak to your keyworker for more information.
This group is for individuals who have been granted an ATR (alcohol treatment requirement) or DRR (drug rehabilitation requirement) and are required to attend and engage in this group until the end of their order. These sessions are designed to support you to reduce and stop offending and work on progressive and sustainable change. You must complete the induction session first.

Acupuncture sessions run on a drop-in basis three days a week at RESET Recovery. It is a relaxation session using auricular (ear) acupuncture, known to aid with mental wellbeing and ease cravings in recovery.
This group is held at the Alma and is a drop-in group available to all service users. Women only on Friday.
This group aims to support people with lower level (non-dependent) alcohol use, allowing you to reflect on the potential harms of using alcohol and look at the steps you can take to prevent challenges with alcohol becoming more serious.

A structured programme aimed at people who have started to make changes and are looking to support their recovery journey. It is often the next step following the Change group, but this depends on your own recovery journey. Topics include stress reduction and communication.

Self-Management & Recovery Training uses Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT) & Rational Emotive Behavioural Techniques (REBT) to help work on behaviours you want to change though setting realistic and measurable personal goals.

Wednesday
The ETE (education, training and employment) drop in gives people who use our service an opportunity to meet with our ETE worker for support and advice on the many education, training and employment opportunities available in Tower Hamlets.
This group is held at the Alma and is a drop-in group available to all our service users.
This group is a practical and experiential session which introduces formal and informal mindfulness techniques to help support you develop your own daily practice. Regular mindfulness practice has been proven to help with stress reduction so can help manage cravings and support relapse prevention.

Wellbeing Wednesday is a monthly event that is focused on improving different aspects of wellbeing to support your recovery. A different topic is covered each month, and the sessions include interactive workshops, guest speakers, one-off classes, presentations and much more. Previous topics have included sleep, nutrition and spirituality.
This group is held at the Alma on the first Wednesday of every month and is a drop-in group available to all our service users.
This group is designed to provide a therapeutic space for individuals to share, reflect and express feelings, thoughts and emotions in a listening and non-judgmental environment. There is no structure to this group; it is based on the present group members and what everyone feels.

These gentle exercise sessions are available to any RESET Recovery clients interested in improving their health and fitness, at all levels and abilities. Adjustments can be made to accommodate health concerns and injuries.

This group is designed to support people who are looking to reduce or stop their cannabis use and would like guidance in a safe space to do so. Topics include coping with cravings and planning ahead.

This space is for service users to share their thoughts on the service we offer and help us to develop what we offer with this in mind. It's also a chance to find out more about ways to get involved, e.g as a service user representative or a peer mentor.

The Somali group is facilitated by our Somali speaking worker and is open to any clients whose first language is Somali. The group incorporates components of SMART Recovery. Friday
During this time, the service is only accessible to female service users. It is a safe space for women to access support and advice from professionals and peers. This women’s group is an 8-week non-structured process group. We also offer a women’s only acupuncture session at this time.

This is a structured group for first-time mothers and mothers of children aged 5 and under. Sessions look at parental substance use, managing stress and relationships.
