Change Grow Live has been named one of Stonewall’s Top 100 most inclusive employers in Britain. We are now at position 88 in the 2019 Stonewall equality list, climbing 74 places this year.
Mark Moody, Change Grow Live’s Chief Executive, said: “We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for lesbian, gay, bi and trans people in all our teams and services. While we recognise this ranking is a great achievement, we will continue to improve equality and inclusion across the organisation.”
Shaun Kennedy, Change Grow Live’s Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, commented: “We are committed to providing accessible, welcoming services for anyone who requires support, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.”
In our 2018 service user survey, 87% of the respondents said they had been treated with fairness, dignity and respect. 82% said they would be happy to recommend Change Grow Live to their family and friends.
