We offer: 

Health and wellbeing support 

We have a suite of online wellbeing resources which you can use to create a personalised wellbeing plan. This can help you achieve healthy life goals relating to stress management, fitness and exercise, weight management and healthy eating. 

A weekly hour for your wellbeing  

You can also take an hour out of your work each week to take part in an activity to improve your health, wellbeing or personal development. Our staff say this hour helps them relieve stress and feel more relaxed. 

Employee Assistance Programme  

All staff have access to the Change Grow Live Employee Assistance Programme. This includes access to telephone counselling, face-to-face counselling, telephone legal information and general telephone advice. 

Regular check-ins  

During your induction period you will have at least two one to ones with your manager and regular check ins to raise any issues or concerns you may have. Your manager will ensure you have at least four one to ones sessions and an appraisal each year.Mentoring for success 

Whatever stage you're at in your career, you can benefit from our employee mentoring scheme. This provides one-to-one career development support to help you reach your potential and move forward in your career. 
 
Generally, a mentoring relationship will last around 3 months, with one face-to-face meeting per month and additional phone and email support as agreed.

Mediation scheme 

Everyone has a line manager who provides support in all aspects of their working life. We also offer in-house trained mediators who can help resolve certain employee relations issues which cannot be resolved through line management.
