Talking about how you’re feeling can often be the first step to making positive changes. If you’re worried about your drug use and need someone to talk to, we’re here for you.
We are a UK charity. You can speak to someone from our online advice team using our webchat service.
It’s free and confidential.
What to expect
You’ll be connected to someone from our online team. They’ll introduce themselves and ask for your first name. They will then ask you some questions to understand what you’re worried about. You’ll be able to talk about your concerns and how you’re feeling.
They will give you any advice and guidance they think will be helpful to you, and can explain your options for getting more help.
