We understand that sometimes people may want to leave feedback about their experiences with us. All feedback is useful and we would encourage those who would like to raise issues, share their thoughts or tell us about positive experiences to do so.

You can do this by:

  • Asking for a paper copy of our complaints form in one of our services

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within 5 working days, and we aim to send you a formal response within 20 working days.
