The Dame Carol Service is a nine bedded unit that provides medically managed detoxification from a variety of substances under the continuing care of doctors, registered nurses and support workers.

"The staff are absolutely amazing at making the residents feel safe and nothing was too much trouble.

I felt really looked after and had such a lot of laughs and haven't felt this relaxed for such a long time.
