Foundations of Education, Training and Employment

man having a conversation with another man and looking off into the distance

Our Connect – Grow – Thrive Education, Training and Employment programme uses tried and tested knowledge, experience and exploration to help service users reach a better understanding of themselves. It will support them to explore strengths that will guide them to confidently enter further education, training and employment.

We aim to provide service users with insight into the foundations of their personality, character and behaviours with a view to developing self -management, which in turn promotes better mental health, a reduction in negative dependency, building resilience and achieving desistance. The service is currently available to persons under the supervision of the National Probation Service in both Lincolnshire and the North-East of England.

Referrals to service can be made via your probation officer, so please speak to them in the first instance.
