Foundations of Personal Wellbeing

Our Connect – Grow – Thrive Personal Wellbeing programme uses tried and tested knowledge, experience and exploration to help service users reach a better understanding of themselves.

We aim to provide service users with insight into the foundations of their personality, character and behaviours with a view to developing self -management, which in turn promotes better mental health, a reduction in negative dependency, building resilience and achieving desistance.

Referrals can be made via your probation officer under the Lifestyle and Associates referral route. If you need any further information, please get in touch at [email protected]
