We're excited to announce that the Dudley Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Service is officially live, and referrals have already started to be contacted and signed up for the service!
IPS is an employment service that helps people in structured treatment to find paid job opportunities that match their goals and preferences.
Once people have secured paid employment, our IPS team will work with them and their employer to help them thrive in their new role.
A huge thank you to everyone who has referred someone—your support has been incredible. Every team has embraced the service, and we've received referrals from across the board.
We also held a staff brunch on 19 August, which was a great success. Thank you to everyone who attended and for all the thoughtful questions you asked. A special shoutout goes to Waitrose & Partners in Stourbridge for generously providing us with food and drink items that made the brunch extra special.
