On Monday 23rd October our Great Yarmouth hub opened its doors to welcome individuals in to see the support we provide. Everyone was welcome to come and have a look around the building, ask questions about the support we provide and most individuals received Naloxone training.

The event was great, with many attendees throughout the day, it was amazing to see so many faces and be able to show everyone the work we do to support our community and help break the stigma surrounding drug and alcohol use.

External agencies in attendance were:

The Mayor of Great Yarmouth

Icash sexual health support

Salvation army food bank

Sally’s store

Norfolk police

NSFT

Great Yarmouth Borough Council, the rough sleeper team and the RISE team

Staff from the James Paget Hospital

The Minister of Norfolk Coastal Methodist Church

Staff from the Lighthouse Surgery

Pharmacists
