As of 1st September, we won’t be offering a local webchat on our website. This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. The feedback we’ve received from those of you who’ve used it has been really positive. As a service, we have to make sure we’re using our time and resources in the best possible way. The number of people using the webchat remains very low after a year. Because of this we’ve decided not to stop offering it.
