Change Grow Live Re-Awarded contract to deliver drug and alcohol treatment services in Newham

Change Grow Live is pleased to announce it has been re-awarded the contract to provide drug and alcohol treatment services in the London Borough of Newham. Change Grow Live has proudly served the community for the past 10 years, supporting over 11,000 residents in achieving their recovery goals and improving their overall wellbeing.

Newham Rise will continue to evolve, building on the organisation’s commitment to providing trauma-informed and culturally competent care tailored to the diverse needs of Newham residents. By working closely with the local community, it aims to expand its reach through the development of new satellite services that will deliver treatment in safe, comfortable settings.

As part of the service expansion, Newham Rise will be strengthening its psychosocial support offerings while continuing to collaborate with key partners, including Build on Belief, Release, Driving for Change, and Taqlis. The focus will remain on harm reduction, preventative care, and helping individuals reintegrate into the community and workforce.

Lauren Mulligan Service manager at Newham Rise said: "We are incredibly proud to continue our work in Newham. Our aim has always been to offer services that are responsive to the needs of local residents and our enhanced service model reflects our commitment to providing compassionate, accessible care that meets the unique needs of every individual. By expanding our reach and working closely with our partners, we hope to provide accessible and effective care that helps individuals on their path to recovery."

On the 7th of November, Change Grow Live will be celebrating a decade of service delivery with a special event for service users, staff, volunteers, and partners. The event will reflect on the many achievements over the past 10 years, honour the children and adults that the charity has supported, and provide a clear vision for the future of the service.
