Bosence Farm - Medically Managed

Set in 22 acres of Cornish gardens and woodland, Bosence Farm offers detoxification and rehabilitation services.

Bosence Detoxification and Stabilisation is a medically managed service with a 24/7 on-site nursing team for people aged 17 and over. It is a purpose-built, modern, spacious and comfortable facility with single, ensuite accommodation throughout.

A structured therapeutic programme of weekly modules covers dependence, mental health, addiction and wellbeing. This provides the foundation and skills to achieve recovery. All residents are supported by a keyworker with access to ‘recovery in nature’, complimentary therapy, mindfulness and wellbeing sessions.

Bosence Rehabilitation offers a structured therapeutic programme alongside a varied range of activities that include: arts and crafts, pottery, ‘recovery in nature’ sessions and music workshops. Complementary therapies are provided by trained practitioners and include mindfulness, reflexology, massage, auricular acupuncture, yoga and tai-chi.
